Designations / Leadership Team and Working Committee Roles

President – Chairs and Runs the meeting as per script and agenda.
Vice President – Manages the New Members, Vacant Categories.
Secretary – Manages the Special Presentations and Knowledge Sharing Slots.
Treasurer – Manages the Chapter Funds / Bank Account and Member Dues.

Meeting Days :

Mentor Coordinator – Guides the New Members about RMB, and meets them just after joining.
Growth Coordinator – Monitors the Growth of the Chapter with New Members and its member’s business growth.
Business Presentation Coordinator – Gets the PPT Presentations ready before the meeting for the Secretary.
Knowledge Sharing Slot Coordinator – Role of a Knowledge Sharing Slot Coordinator: Coordinates for Topics and Members for these Slots for the Secretary. In these slots, a member prepares a 4-minute presentation on a topic that is useful for all members of RMB. These topics can be related to RMB or on topics related to business in general. These slots are not for self-business promotion. In these slots, a member prepares a 4-minute presentation on a topic that is useful for all members of RMB. Attendance Coordinator – Talks to members for regular attendance and makes sure of 100% attendance. Manages Meeting Attendance Sheet.
Event Coordinator – Manages Field Visits and Special Chapter Meeting Themes and Decorations.
R2R (SPI) Coordinator – Keeps a track of R2R happening between members.
Social Media Coordinator – Social Media Coordinator – Posting of Pictures and Updates about RMB Nagpur activities on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Linkedin accounts of RMB Nagpur.
Awards & Recognition Directors – Keeps a Tracking of Total Referrals and Gratitudes Passed for successful business transactions from referrals.
